History
Laser Lipo Ltd was established 2007 specifically to market and retail laser machines into the beauty and aesthetic market place.
In the beginning of 2008, Laser Lipo launched the first Class 3B laser machine for non invasive inch-loss in both the U.K and in the Middle East region.
The Lapex BCS was very well received by the market and achieved tremendous media coverage in both regions. In the Autumn of 2008, the effects of the credit crunch took hold and it became clear that the company needed to introduce a more flexible device. A machine that could have an entry level price, that was significantly lower in price and therefore more affordable, as well as having the option to be able to both upgraded and have the ability to provide a range of treatments, rather than just inch-loss.
Laser Lipo spent over a year developing such a machine. The company also purchased the trade mark "Laser Lipo" and "Strawberry" in the beauty and aesthetic industry in all of the Madrid convention countries. In the Autumn of 2009 the "STRAWBERRY" machine was launched. This exciting new machine offered reduced treatment times (from 40 minutes down to just 10 minutes). The device could be purchased with 4, 6, 8 or 10 laser diode paddles, allowing people to purchase at an entry level price and as their salon became busier, they could purchase additional paddles and reduce treatment time. The other development was that this unit had additional applications. For the very first time Laser Lipo introduced an effective solution for stretch mark reduction to salons. Although this was a time consuming treatment the results were really good. Both old and new marks could be dramatically reduced. In addition, the "STRAWBERRY" was able to offer an non surgical solution for eye bags. Once again this innovative development allowed salons to offer a unique and safe treatment to the high street. The results were fantastic but treatment times were a little too long.
Laser Lipo continued to market to U.K beauty salons but now began to establish a comprehensive international distribution network, following its exhibition in Bolonia. During 2010 and 2011, a strong network was established internationally, as well as developing the U.K market to include gyms and sport centers.
During 2011 the directors of the company could see the potential threat, on a global basis, from low cost devices being manufactured and sold from the Far East. As a result Laser Lipo decided to create its own manufacturing division. The objectives were simply to start to offer an Inch Loss Only "STRAWBERRY" with upgradeable paddles and to develop a state of the art "STRAWBERRY" with an LED touch screen, improved applications and invest in the development of new unique treatments.
In December 2011 both the two new "STRAWBERRY" machines achieved Medical CE accreditation. We aim to secure full Medical ISO accreditation early in 2012.
As we enter 2014 Laser Lipo is proud to be able to offer the most effective Inch Loss Class 3B laser system for instant inch loss, a tried and tested 40 diode solution for stretch mark reduction (up to 80%) and will shortly be unveiling a new double chin/facial jowl and chin application. Research still continues with leading eye surgeons and electronics specialist to offer the newest and exclusive upper and lower eye bag reduction system.
